Connect Your QuickBooks Integration
Easily set up your QuickBooks integration to streamline your financial workflows. Follow the steps below to connect your account and start syncing data seamlessly.
Steps to Connect

Navigate to Settings:
- Click the settings (gear wheel) icon in the top right corner of your dashboard.

Access Integrations:
- In the Settings menu, select the "Integrations" option.

Select QuickBooks:
- Locate the QuickBooks integration and click on it.

Connect to QuickBooks:
- Click the "Connect to QuickBooks" button.
- A QuickBooks login window will appear. Enter your credentials and click "Sign In."
- Authorize the connection by clicking "Authorize" on the QuickBooks prompt.

Confirm Sync:
- Once authorized, you'll be redirected back to your application, and the integration will be active.
After Connecting

Open Bills Sync:
- Once connected, all open bills will display a QuickBooks logo next to them. You can:
- Manually sync individual bills to QuickBooks by clicking the logo.
- Automatically sync bills when they are moved from the Draft state to Awaiting Approval.
- Once connected, all open bills will display a QuickBooks logo next to them. You can:

Contact Association:
- Ensure that each bill has an associated contact that is linked to QuickBooks.

Account Setup:
- Assign an appropriate account to each bill for proper synchronization.

A contact must be associated with QuickBooks for data to sync properly. -
Account Requirements:
An account must be specified for all transactions to avoid errors during synchronization.
